Case Study: C4 Belts

1) Context
C4 Belts is a DTC accessories brand built around modular, interchangeable buckle and strap design.
The brand sells primarily through its own e-commerce site with a growing wholesale channel into national retailers and brand-collaboration partners.
2) Problem
The brand had a stalled growth curve, a legacy e-commerce stack limiting both customer experience and wholesale expansion, and a fragmented creative function.
The challenge was to rebuild the digital infrastructure, scale the launch cadence, and open enterprise B2B wholesale conversations with national brand partners.
3) Approach
Served as head of brand and digital growth strategy for C4 Belts. Re-platformed the e-commerce site onto Magento 2 on AWS. Built the first-in-category online belt configurator, which doubled as a turnkey co-branding path for enterprise buyers.
Recruited marketing talent and established scalable creative processes. Led the brand-partnership pursuit that opened enterprise wholesale conversations with national brands.
